SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping of our products and gifts will generally be by UPS or US Postal Service.  Orders $35 or more delivered in the US will ship free.  Orders $50 or more delivered to Canada will ship free.

 

RETURNS

If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us via our website for resolution.  Personalized items

are not able to be returned except in the event of a material defect or flaw in the item.

A tracking number will be sent to the email address on the order once received by Periwinkle Designs.

Periwinkle Designs will not sell your information to outside entities.  Any data collected by our payment processor is subject to their corporate privacy policy.  Periwinkle Designs is not responsible for the actions of entities not owned by it or its parent companies.
